Expression / Obsession Fashion

Expression / Obsession is a multi-purposed entity that specializes in childrens clothing and accessories.

As they prepared to launch their brand, they contracted us to animate their "look-book". The look-book is a mini catalog that showcases their trademarked smiley face characters. Each hand-drawn character has a unique disposition or mood. While this could easily be handled in Flash, they opted that we construct the book in a true 3D environment. This gives us the option to render out various perspectives, angles, and lighting scenarios (and forgo traditional and time-consuming photo shoots.)
